I agree with Fbi2thegrave here. Write good articles or fill up existing stubs. Creating new stubs is fine, but it's humor we're shooting for here and stubs are generally not that funny. Since you're living in Japan... perhaps you could come up with some articles about stupid things there? There's an awful lot of really funny potential in Japan, I'm sure. Engrish for example?
