To Suck or Not to Suck
Suck as a Verb
Example 1
"Man, this shit sucks." I have entered into a situation which I find less than ideal. This phrase means that the shit in which the person is currently engaged in is unpleasant. When using suck as a verb, it usually means unsavory, not looked forward to, or just generally not fun.
Example 2
"Suck my dick faggot." Please preform fellatio on me, as you are a homosexual. An older archaic usage of suck is to represent the act of putting your mouth on an object and drawing your breath inward. This can be done on a drinking straw, gas siphon, or the aforementioned penis.
Suck as a noun
Example 1
"This test is a big pile of suck." The examination is difficult, or unfairly tests criteria I have not prepared for. Using suck as a noun makes it represent an object of distaste. It is a hypothetical exercise as literally there are no objects called "suck."
Suck as an Adjective
Example 1
"That's a sucky job dude." The job you did was unsatisfactory, sir. Using suck as an adjective means that the thing it describing is bad and sub-par.
Suck as an Adverb
Example 1
"My relationship is going suckily." My girlfriend is a slut. You can use suck as an adverb to describe a verb. You should not use it as an adverb when describing suck as a verb, ie: "Getting kicked in the balls sucks suckily."

"Sucks to your assmar." -Lord of the Flies, William Golding. This is what you say to fat kids who are annoying you with their whining, or to your mom when she's beating you in a game and you can't say "Fuck you lady."

Proper Usage
Casual Settings
The best time to use "suck" is in a casual setting with your friends. If you are in a casual setting with friends who have kids, it is usually advised not to use the word suck, as they are impressionable and will probably begin to use it in their daily language.
Work Environment
Although you may find that "suck" is very appropriate to use when your boss pisses you off, it is usually frowned upon. Using it in an inappropriate manner may lead to your termination or being penalized financially.
In Court
Under no circumstances use the word suck when you are before a judge. They are angry people and have the power to make your life suck.
