Sliced bread is stupid.

Sliced bread gets stale faster than an uncut loaf, and therefore requires the bread to be packaged in plastic. Wrapping bread in plastic makes it chewy, tough, and spongy. Therefore, when something is the best since sliced bread it's a crappy new way of doing something.
