Reality
From Encyclopedia Of Stupid
Reality is stupid.
The thing about re-ality1 is it isn't re-al. Or it is, except only insomuch as it isn't described, re-presented, or otherwise re-ferred to, because any re-ference is already at least one level of indirection away from the re-al re-ality, and monkeys are known for becoming believers in and/or attached to such re-ferences as though they're so-called thing in itself, which in this case is no thing. Only the re-ferences are things. The re-ality is no-thing. Said another way, mediated re-ality isn't re-ally re-al, son, and all thoughts and symbols and/or re-presentations of thoughts are purely conceptual objects of mediation. As soon as you think about something, you're no longer dealing with the thing itself (including your precious little "self"). And of course to say this is to do exactly that, which is why only thoughtless silent is-ness is about as close as a monkey ever gets to re-ality.
1The smart monkey notices and becomes uncomfortably curious about the incessant use of a dash after the "re" prefix of various words. That's intentional (if you believe in nonsense like free will). Apparent re-ality is merely re-petition of thought. It works for the same reason advertising works, and vice versa.
