The People's Republic of China is stupid.
The People's Republic of China was created some time after the Russian revolution of 1984 when the crazy Russians sent them a calculator which added up to 4. Because this calculator was clearly stupid they were unable to become fully communist and so are stuck in a period of history known as ye olde collection time. The problem has been blamed on abacuses which can do anything except divide and are therefore useless.
