His hideously disfigured appearance is the result of years of nosepicking that eventually resulted in the collapse of his nasal cavity.

Michael is a pop star. He sings, dances and gets shitloads of money in return. It is questionable whether he deserves this money, as we all know Pop Music is the smelly armpit of the music industry. A smelly, decaying, gangrene armpit.
