Maryland is really stupid. It is known for its VD rates, teen pregnancy, drug abuse and Baltimore. The state slogan is "The Free State" which is currently under revision as it is one of the highest tax-rated states in the U.S.

Even Washington DC wants nothing to do with Maryland.
