Origin
The kindom of heaven it not within you. Rather, it was created by Airquee to help the blissfully ignorant never accidentally ponder the notion of God and in that moment die and go directly to Hell without passing goatse, without collecting $200.

Heaven is air-sustained.
There is no travel cost in heaven (since it has neither spatial nor temporal bounds), and therefore concepts of place and distance have no relative or absolute meaning. As such, all entities in heaven must exist at a single dimensionless point in space-time. This is handy for the illiterate denizens who could not otherwise find their way between bible retailers.
