Goons are stupid.

Goons are members of the Something Awful forums. They pay $10 to join the forums and say "DO YOU HAVE STAIRS IN YOUR HOUSE?!" If someone asks you that, they may be a Goon. Goons are routinely banned by the administrators of the forums for posting pictures of fiesta cat, making Chuck Norris jokes and voting 1 in Lowtax threads.

Goons are notable for being snarky nerdy assholes as well as for their remarkably offensive looks, personalities and bad hygiene. When confronted by a Goon, walk slowly away while not making direct eye contact, as that may indicate to the Goon that you would like to initiate conversation. Avoid that at all costs. Goons are not to be trusted and only associate with each other at events known as Goonmeets.
