Fakeposts are stupid.

Fakepost is a term used on Internet message boards that refers to a post made by a user that is so gratuitously over-the-top in one way or another that it cannot possibly be real. The object of fakeposting is to rile up as many people as possible only to reveal to them at a later time that the post was simply bait. Reveals are usually followed by merciless mocking of the schleps that fell for it.

Fakeposters, beware, though! If your fake post is too egregious, you will be called for fakeposting and then HO HO! The joke's on you, Internet faggot!
