Here is how this shit works. If you are a sysop, you may find that I will nominate you to populate this week's clever turn of phrase. If I do, then you get the opportunity to pick a phrase from any article on the encyclopedia and addd it to this article, as the previous quotes have been added. Once you do, and the beginning of the following week rolls around, I will add your phrase to the front page. If you are not a sysop, but you think a particular turn of phrase is clever enough to warrant being on the front page, then you can nominate them here, or in the Community portal. But here is probably better. If I like a particular non-sysop submission, I may not then need to task a sysop with choosing one. SharpieStars should be awarded by sysops to the users who wrote the ctop that you are honoring.
