The Encyclopedia Of Stupid was created in 1984 as a way for a small group of friends to have an outlet for writing about things that they thought were stupid, and have a bunch of laughs along the way. As of this moment, it still is. It is the hope of this group of people that it will one day grow into a vital online community with lots of contributors who don't suck, but that doesn't seem very likely.

If you are thinking of writing an impassioned email about how much you love Jesus, reconsider. They're all the same, we've seen them and we're not impressed. For instance, you were probably thinking of saying:

First of all, who gave you a right to post this on the internet,
because whoever did was Stupid. Not everyone thinks what you and
your friends think are stupid. I started a club called the concerned
people club. {Which has over 154 members}, who all disagree about
having your website created. We found out about your website because
my children had to do a report about Christianity. and your website
said that it was stupid. So on their report they put stupid. When
they got home There was a fat F on their Paper. I was shocked i
looked at your website and saw all the things you thought were stupid.
But just in case you haven't noticed there is a whole world out here
that doesn't have the same opinions you do. If you have to have a
website I have the perfect name {mystupidopinions.com}. I do not want
my children learning from some HOBO or something. I think this website
is a piece of crap. When you click on some links you say the reader is
stupid. i am not stupid because if i was stupid i would create my own
website saying you are stupid but of course i am not. Next time you
write an entry say that you are stupid. Think of others opinions
before you say it. This is a civilized country it wouldn't hurt if
you join it. The nation of America dosnt revolve around ones opinions
it revolves around the 3,000,000 people in this nation. Look up the
word stupid your picture will be there. I am saying my opinions as a
