Dots are stupid.

"Dot" is a term that refers to a particular type of worker that hails from India. They are generally very friendly and deferential (to the point of being annoying about it), but they are not in the United States to acclimate themselves to Western culture, they are simply here to turn a buck and get back to India.

Dots tend to travel in homogenous packs and speak Hindi to each other. Their conversations, particularly in the workplace, tend to ebb and flow into crescendoes of disagreement, which to the untrained (ie: white American) ear sounds something like HLRUHLRUHRLUHRLURHLUR!!!!

Even dots without dots are referred to as dots. Indians in general are not, only those who are obviously still in India mentally and emotionally.
