Databases are stupid.
A database is a collection of data arranged for ease and speed of search and retrieval. In most cases, databases are found as programs on computers or Internet-connected servers. There are many different computer database programs currently in use such as mySQL (which only nerds use), MSSQL (which only assholes use), Oracle (which only fags use), Access (which nobody uses), and many others that no one cares about.
The primary function of modern databases is to catalog such things as German shit pr0n, child pornography, and furry fanfic. Many Internet whores, especially those on IRC, MySpace and LiveJournal are known to utilize databases to whine about how they wish their lives didn't suck so bad, or to post shitty pictures they took at the last Live Action Role Playing event they attended.
