A complete ignorant fuck. In America this is usually directed at women (especially Ann Coulter), but in England and other places, it is generally regarded as the one word in the lexicon more offensive than "fuck", and is directed primarily at men.

It comes from an old german word for the woman's Vagina, also known as pussy, minge, twat or v-v-v-v-v-vadge.
