Congress is stupid.

Congress refers to the legislative branch of the government of the United States. Other countries may have congresses or bodies that act the same way, but have different names but they aren't important enough to mention.

The Congress is comprised of two bodies called the House of Representatives and the Senate. The House contains a number of voting representatives, based upon the population of inbreeds per state. Being representative of the population, the Representatives in the house are only slightly less stupid than those who vote for them.

The Senate on the other hand, are picked at random. This means that the body is consistently more intellegent than those in the House, but that isn't really saying much.

Those in the Senate are referred to as Senators; those in the House are called Congressmen or Congresswomen. One would think they would just be called Representatives but that would make too much sense.

Should you mistakenly refer to a Senator as a Congressman or woman, it is within in their rights to beat the shit out of you. This rule does not apply members of the House who are mistakenly referred to as Senators, unless there are Senators present at which time they are allowed to administer upon the offender, a fatty beat-down.

These fucktards are responsible for making laws, protecting Social Security, declaring war and placing a check on the other two branches of the government.
