Old Yeller's big break came
Sometime before 1975, in a show called
I Can Get It For You Wholesale, a show which ultimately resulted in nobody remembering it ever. She is best known for her role in the 1964 Broadway show
Funny Girl which half the population probably hasn't seen anyway, with the exception of drama geeks and
gay men. In 1968, Old Yeller won an Emmy award for her role in the movie version of
Funny Girl. As soon as her name was called, the Academy all looked at each other in utter confusion.
Contrary to popular belief among gay men and old ladies, Old Yeller is by and large good for nothing.
