BMW is stupid.
BMW AG was founded sometime before 1975, but it will soon go bankrupt because their cars are of very high quality and they live forever. So if they keep on producing such cars, no one will eventually need to buy anything from them.
Other companies, like Hyundai for instance, are so smart they create disposable consumer vehicles. The car owner can only use it for one interstate trip. If he or she survives that trip, he or she will have to buy another car for the next trip. Hyundai surely makes more money this way.
